We offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty (the day you received the item) and will fix any failures or defects that occur through normal use.
We only replace items under defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it, please contact our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

We will issue a full refund or replacement when the cost is caused by Vinpok.
The loss and responsibility should be covered on your end when delivery failed due to your reasons.

- Refusal to pay taxes levied by customs in the destination country in accordance with local laws, resulting in the destruction or loss of the parcel.
