How to place an order online?

  1. Look through our website, then pick items you’d like to order and choose the color you love as well as the quantity and then "ADD TO CART".
  2. Click “continue shopping” which is under “ADD TO CART” if you want to see other products.
  3. Click “check out” when you have selected all the products you want and fill in your shipping address (Note: Please confirm that the email address provided could be contacted in time and the shipping address is complete and available to make sure successful delivery).
  4. Then click ”Continue to shipping method”and you can review your shipping address and shipping method here and click ” Continue to payment method” to next step.
  5. Choose your payment method and billing address (Note: If you’d like to pay with the credit card, please confirm that the billing address is associated with it).
  6. Click ”Complete order” and the final step is for the payment.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

Normally speaking, you will receive an order information automatically once you successfully placed an order. If not, please contact our customer service staff hi@vinpok.com for help. 

What payment options can I use?

You may pay with credit cards: i.e., Visa or Master Card. We also accept payment by PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.

Billing information
When selecting your credit card payment option, be sure to include the billing address that is associated with the credit card you are using to make your purchase. We want to ensure that your order is processed without delay.

How does shipping work?

Your order would be shipped directly from our partners in China or US. Your item may take 15-30 days to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately as it's on its way :)

We also offer international shipping options - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!

Shipping information

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Your order will be shipped within 10 business days of confirming the order. 

Please note:

  • If you place an order on a weekend or national holiday, we will process and ship your order the next business day.
  • In order to ensure safe delivery, we require a physical address in English .
  • If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and you don't receive the package because you’re not at home, provided a wrong address, or moved without notifying us, and the package is returned to the sender, we will not be able to re-send you the product for free or issue a refund.

 What should I do if I do not get the goods after 30 days?

Please check with the tracking No. on the line we sent you, if you do not receive any email about the shipping. Kindly inform us your order No. via service email address: hi@vinpok.com, then we would check for you.

 How do I return an item?

1. We hope you would be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item for a refund or an exchange, please contact us at hi@vinpok.com within 30 days from receiving your order. If 30 days have gone, unfortunately we could not offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

3. Only items purchased directly from www.vinpok.com will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

4.Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns must be shipped prepaid.

5. Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

6. Returns made without receipt may be refused. Vinpok reserves the right to deny any return.
